Please help, I bought a Microsoft office professional HUP order, my hard drive crashed that had it on it, now I can't install it on my new hard drive. I still have the original email that has the link to download the 64 bit office, which I did, but when I go into word it says that I do not have it and I have to purchase.
My purchase order was I have two microsoft accounts that I remember and neither of them show it in purchase history, just from my email. How can I get my product key from it?
